April 18, 2026Engr. Rasaki Bamidele Kasali (MNSE, MNATE), Executive Chairman of Lekki LCDA, today joined top government officials and dignitaries at the commissioning of two landmark projects delivered by the Lagos State Government, the Bola Ahmed Tinubu Administrative Complex (BATAC), Alausa, and the Opebi–Mende–Ojota Link Bridge.
The projects were officially commissioned on behalf of the President, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, who was ably represented by the President of the Senate, Godswill Akpabio. Also in attendance were the Governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, the Governor of Ogun State, Dapo Abiodun, and the Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Mudashiru Obasa, alongside other eminent dignitaries.
The Bola Ahmed Tinubu Administrative Complex (BATAC) was conceived to centralize key parastatals and agencies within the Secretariat axis, fostering stronger institutional synergy among Ministries, Departments, and Agencies, while enhancing efficiency in public service delivery.
Similarly, the Opebi–Mende–Ojota Link Bridge stands as a strategic intervention aimed at addressing persistent traffic challenges, creating alternative routes for motorists navigating through Toyin, Allen, Opebi, Ojota, Maryland, Ikeja, and adjoining areas.
Engr. Kasali’s presence at the commissioning reflects Lekki LCDA’s continued alignment with the Lagos State Government’s infrastructure-driven development agenda, focused on improving connectivity, governance, and the overall quality of life for residents.
