In line with its commitment to fostering a responsive and efficient workforce, Lekki LCDA convened its Year 2026 First Quarter Staff’s Forum at the Council Secretariat.

The interactive session provided a platform for staff across various departments to engage in open dialogue on key issues affecting service delivery, including working conditions, staff attitude, diligence, and areas requiring improvement. The forum also served as an avenue to address staff needs while aligning collective efforts with the broader goals of the administration.

Presided over within the framework of the leadership of Engr. Rasaki Bamidele Kasali (MNSE, MNATE), the forum underscored the importance of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement in driving productivity across the council.

The initiative reflects a proactive approach to governance, where the welfare, input, and performance of staff remain central to achieving sustainable progress and delivering quality service to the people of Lekki LCDA.
